Cancellation Policy for Braiding Appointments To ensure fairness and respect for both your time and mine , please review our cancellation policy before booking: Cancellations & Rescheduling Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and may be blocked from booking future appointments. Deposits A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required to secure your appointment. $cayymyea This deposit goes toward your final payment but will be forfeited if you cancel late or don’t show up. Late Policy Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals after 10 minutes may result in automatic cancellation and loss of deposit, depending on schedule availability.
